I built a company that runs itself.
Now I build one for you.
100 AI employees across 14 departments write content, operate websites, monitor systems, propose improvements and independently verify each other's work — on your own server, with a full audit trail. You make one decision a day: GO or NO.
Watch it run — the 60-second tour
Real screen capture of the live system, recorded today: the command center, the org chart, and the company map pulsing as agents work.

This is not a slide deck. It's in production.
Every screenshot on this page is the real system running my own business today — content factory, web operations, monitoring, innovation pipeline and independent verification.
Run the whole company from your phone.
Velin condenses everything into one decision queue. Agents propose, managers score, a safety gate filters — and only decisions worth your attention reach you, each with a clear recommendation and reasoning.
- GO / NO with one tap — execution starts the same second you approve.
- KPI semaphore re-measured every 5 minutes by an independent watchdog.
- Journal of everything — who did what, when, and the evidence behind it.

How a self-running company actually works
Autonomy without control is a liability. Velin pairs every autonomous action with a check that doesn't trust the doer.
Agents propose
Low-cost junior agents continuously scan your operation and draft improvement proposals — for about a tenth of a cent each.
Managers score
Department managers deduplicate, score and endorse only what's worth doing. Weak ideas die here, not on your desk.
Safety gate
An 8-point director gate clears safe routine work to run autonomously. Anything sensitive stops and waits for a human.
You say GO
You get a one-line recommendation with reasoning. One tap. Execution starts the same second.
Verify & log
An independent verifier confirms delivery with evidence. Every step lands in a permanent journal — audit-ready.
Why teams pick Velin over AI platforms
SaaS agent builders hand you a toolbox. Velin hands you a running company — with the governance layer the toolbox vendors don't have.
🔒 Your server. Your data.
Velin deploys on infrastructure you own or rent — not our cloud. No vendor lock-in, no data leaving your perimeter, no per-seat rent forever. You keep the keys.
📜 An audit trail auditors like
Independent verifier agents confirm every delivery with evidence. A permanent journal records who did what and why. Built by a quality executive who has survived real AS9100 & IATF audits.
🧠 Human command, always
Nothing sensitive happens without your explicit GO. A kill switch stops the entire company with one password. Autonomy where it's safe, human judgment where it matters.
⚡ Absurdly low run cost
Routine work runs on efficient models for pennies a day; premium intelligence is reserved for strategy. My content factory produces articles at ~$0.02 each — total model spend is often under a dollar a day.
Packages & pricing
Fixed scope, measurable deliverables, no hourly billing. Every engagement starts with a live demo and a one-page proposal.

Not sure where to start? AI Operations Audit — $2,500
Two weeks. I map your workflows, find what an AI workforce should take over first, and hand you a costed 90-day roadmap. Fully credited against any build if you proceed.
Manufacturing & quality teams: this was built by one of you
CAPA tracking, supplier scorecards, audit-ready evidence chains, ISO 9001:2026 documentation support — an AI workforce that understands why the verifier must never report to the doer. Ask about the Quality Edition.
Built by an operator, not a prompt jockey
I'm Peter Stasko. I spent 25 years leading quality and operational excellence on aerospace and automotive programmes for the world's most demanding customers — the kind where a missed verification step grounds aircraft. I built Velin to run my own business, then hardened it in production: content factory, seven websites, monitoring, security, an innovation pipeline that files proposals while I sleep.
What you get isn't software in a box. It's my operating system for a company — installed on your infrastructure, tuned to your workflows, governed the way regulated industries taught me to govern.
Questions US buyers ask
Where does it run, and who owns the data?
On a server you control — your VPS, your cloud account, or on-prem. All data, prompts, logs and outputs stay on your infrastructure. I hold access only during the build and handover, and only as long as you want me to.
What does it cost to operate after the build?
Infrastructure is typically $20–$80/month for a capable VPS. Model costs are engineered to be small: routine agents use efficient models (fractions of a cent per task), premium models handle strategy only. My own full company usually spends under $1/day on models. Your monthly plan covers monitoring, updates and my oversight.
How fast can we be live?
Content Factory: 1–2 weeks. AI Employee: 2–4 weeks. Autonomous AI Company: 4–8 weeks including your workflows, safety gate configuration and team handover. US-friendly hours — I overlap with EST every working day.
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
Three layers: the safety gate stops sensitive actions before they run; independent verifiers check delivered work against evidence (a verifier never reports to the agent that did the work); and the journal makes every action traceable and reversible. Plus a kill switch that halts the whole company instantly.
Do we need technical staff to run it?
No. Your team interacts through the command center — approve, reject, ask, read reports. The system maintains itself, watches itself and files its own incident reports. If something needs an engineer, that's covered by your plan.
Is this a SaaS subscription?
No. You own the deployment. The monthly fee buys operation, monitoring and continuous improvement — not permission to keep using your own system. If we part ways, the company keeps running on your server.
See a company run itself — live, in 15 minutes.
No slides. I'll share my screen, open the real command center you saw above, and show agents proposing, executing and verifying work in real time. Then we'll talk about yours.
