My career has been spent inside complex corporate environments — plant launches, customer crises, aerospace programmes and multi-site quality systems. I’ve led quality and operations where the consequences of failure were measured in grounded aircraft, stopped production lines and lost customer trust. That environment teaches you one thing above all: performance comes from the way work is designed, owned and verified — not from slogans or tools.
Alongside the executive career, I never stopped building. I’ve worked hands-on with AI since 2016 — long before generative AI became a boardroom trend — and today I run an autonomous AI company and a private company model in production, on my own infrastructure, governed with the same discipline I applied on aerospace and automotive programmes.
That combination is what I bring to clients: an operator who has carried executive accountability, and a builder who ships the technology himself. I redesign how companies decide, execute, control and improve — and I can build the systems that make the new way of working real.
