  • Implemented QMS, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing tools (FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, FMECA, 8D, A3, Root cause analysis, PPAP, APQP, 6S, 8D, Kaizen, 6Sigma, Suggestions Box, waste eliminations, white boards, TPM, RPS, VSM, SMED…)
  • Implementation of OEE, FPY, PPM, OTD, OPF indicators, define and standardize line reconfiguration and management by DMAIC management and implementation team, weekly review of KPIs
  • Reduced customer complaints by 90%, implemented QRQC and internal firewall
